These terms and conditions apply to business customers only.

2. Prices and payment

All prices on talkingstrokes.com are stated in DKK. After registering for the course, which can be done either by email or by filling out the form on talkingstrokes.com, you will receive a confirmation of your registration by email. An invoice will be sent immediately after registration for the course. Payment is made via bank transfer.

Invoices are due for payment 8 days after issue. In case of late payment, interest will be charged in accordance with the provisions of the Interest Act.

Talkingstrokes reserves the right to change prices, and reservations are made for any printing errors.

3. Cancellations and cancellations

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Talkingstrokes.

The cancellation conditions also apply in case of illness.

4. Cancellation when purchasing a place on an open course

When purchasing a course place on an open course at Talkingstrokes, the following cancellation conditions apply:

• If canceled less than 14 days before the course date, 50 % of the course price will be refunded
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the course date, no refund will be given, i.e. 100 % of the course price will be paid. However, you are always welcome to transfer your course place to someone else.

5. Cancellation when purchasing customized courses, workshops and events are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

When purchasing customized courses, workshops and events at Talkingstrokes, the following cancellation policy applies:

• If canceled less than 28 days before the event date, 50 % of the cancellation fee will be refunded.
• Cancellations less than 14 days before the event date will not be refunded, i.e. 100 % of the offer price will be paid.
• At least 28 days before the event, you can request to reschedule the event free of charge.
• The event can only be moved once without a fee. If the event is moved multiple times, 25% of the offer price will be charged each time the event is moved.

6. Talkingstrokes' cancellation

Talkingstrokes reserves the right to cancel courses, workshops, events and other services in case of illness, insufficient enrollment, or other sudden and unpredictable events. If canceled, Talkingstrokes will always try to find a new date in collaboration with you. If this is not possible, the agreement will be canceled and the full amount paid will be returned.

7 Rights

All rights to products, including but not limited to illustrations, icons, digital products, course material, etc. belong to Talkingstrokes and cannot be transferred in connection with the Agreement.

Talkingstrokes reserves the right to use illustrations, icons, etc. developed for one customer as inspiration for the development of similar products for other customers.

As a customer, you are granted a time-limited right of use to use the purchased product solely for the purpose and scope agreed with Talkingstrokes. The right of use terminates upon expiry of the Agreement.

You may not resell, lend or otherwise distribute the product without prior written agreement with Talkingstrokes.

8. Data processing

As a customer, you agree that Talkingstrokes will have access to the data you enter when registering. Data is only stored in connection with registration and is deleted when the information is no longer relevant.

The information you provide to Talkingstrokes in connection with a purchase is not disclosed to third parties and no sensitive personal information is recorded. All information provided by you is stored securely in electronic format and is only accessible to trusted Talkingstrokes employees.

9. changes

Talkingstrokes may change these terms and conditions at any time

with immediate effect.

10. Responsibility

In no event shall Talkingstrokes be liable for damages of any kind (including, for example, loss of profit or loss of information) arising from the use of or inability to use the material, including both course material and illustrations, icons, etc.

11. Law and jurisdiction

If disputes cannot be settled between the parties, they shall be settled by the ordinary courts. The place of jurisdiction is Talkingstrokes' home court.
